Utilizing development funding from the District’s Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED), the Sponsor purchased, developed and continues to operate 26 affordable housing units in the Congress Heights submarket. The team completed the project on time and on budget, and the property continues to be operated in full accordance with DMPED’s stated objectives of a mixed-income, affordable housing development.
