The Sponsor purchased and developed this multifamily property with a specific goal of providing fully accessible/UFAS compliant units for families.

MED purchased and fully gut-renovated the premises, creating a unique living environment for homeless female tenants.

Within six months, MED had completely renovated the buildings, formed and supported a tenant association with the previous market rate occupants, and brought in a number of voucher holding tenants.
